Hey folks, today we had a customer reach out to us about a leaky window issue. Turns out, there was a whole Orchestra of problems going on. First, we removed the siding above the window. Well, that led us to inspect our roof/wall intersection and yep, a kick out was needed. So, we rolled up our sleeves, installed that, and continued our repair quest. It wasn't long before we found where the water was sneaking in. With the damage repaired and the intersection sealed, it was time to rewrap the window and reinstall the siding. Just finished a sweet salon remodel that our client requested. They had us remove their existing sink, cabinet, and countertop, and make some drywall adjustments to hook up their new wash station. Of course, we used Kilz paint to make sure the wall cavity was perfectly treated and wrapped up the job with some nifty shiplap installation. The dramatic changes? We had LED mirrors installed, did a recess can work in the drop-down ceiling, and anchored some chairs in concrete. We were contacted by a customer due to some significant areas in their home that needed attention. Repairing an entire wall behind a bathroom door was our first order of business, putting our expertise to work by securing, taping, mudding and painting until it was as good as new. We also installed a shiny new door stop. The downstairs bedroom also saw some major improvements; we efficiently removed the old door frame and introduced a sturdy, steel clad exterior door in its place. To ensure everything was in order, we also adjusted the door frame to suit the ceiling height. Last but not least, we replaced an old bifold closet door with a crisp, new one.
